I am a 30 year resident of south Clatsop County. After living in Gearhart for 18 years, my husband, son, and I moved to Cullaby Lake but we're back in Gearhart now. I've walked the Ridge Path, built bonfires on the beach, hiked the hills around Cullaby Lake, dug clams from the Jetty to Tillamook Head, watched whales from the Seaside Cove, ridden the logging trails on my horse, and flown over it all in a biplane. I'm a midwesterner by birth (Winona, Minnesota). After college, I moved to Los Angeles to "see the big city lights". I enjoyed the lifestyle but missed the seasons. I moved to Vail, Colorado while it was still a small town, met John there and together we moved to Denver, then Kauai then here to the Oregon Coast.
